2003 Annual Meetings
The Annual General Meeting for James Hardie Industries NV was held at 9.00am on Friday, 15 August 2003, in Orange Room 5, Amsterdam Hilton, Apollolaan 138, 1077BG, Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
All eight resolutions contained in the 2003 Notice of Meeting (PDF, 46.5K) were approved by security holders. Read the voting figures.
Prior to the AGM, an Annual Information Meeting (AIM) was held in Sydney, Australia, on 13 August 2003. At this meeting, the Chairman Alan McGregor AO welcomed shareholders and delivered the Chairman's Address. He then invited questions on the resolutions before the AGM. Because this was an Information Meeting, no votes were taken.
